Nana and Babu lead two rival gangs of Mumbai the could lead to bloodbath if they cross each others path.Raja and Rahul two brothers who do nothing Raja spends his time by flirting with girls and Rahul sells tickets in black outside cinema hall following which their uncle throws them out of the house.They both fall in love with sisters Ameeta and Neeta and pretend to be rich when their father Bandya Sheth sees them he realizes his encounter with them and their tricky ways.Bandya rejects his daughters marriage with the two and fixes it with sons of Kolhe whose sons are settled in America but indeed are jail convicts and in debts with Nana.Raja and Rahul then take help of Babu to convince Bandya Sheth in marrying his daughters to them which could lead to a bloodbath between the two gangs.
